She told me food ruled her life.
It comforted her.
It soothed her.
It beat her up.
She ate to feel better… and then felt full, gross, and blech.
Her weight was climbing.
Her self-worth was sinking.
When she signed up for support, she wasn’t looking for a miracle.
She was tired.
She was frustrated.
She wanted things to feel easier.
In the first week, she uncovered what was driving her binge eating.
In the second week, the scale began to shift.
By the third week, something even more important happened -
hope and confidence returned.
None of it came from extreme dieting.
She didn’t cut carbs.
She didn’t sign up for punishing workouts.
She didn’t overhaul her life overnight.
With awareness and support, she made small changes and once that first change stuck, momentum quietly followed.
Another woman came to me carrying a different kind of weight.
She was grieving - the realization that the sand in her fertility timer was running out.
Dreams were changing.
Some had to be released.
On our very first call, she said she knew why she was there:
She needed someone in her corner.
Someone to help her process.
Someone to walk with her as her body and future shifted.
Her goal wasn’t “fixing” anything.
It was acceptance.
And with steady support, that acceptance began to take root.
Then there was the woman who simply wanted to believe in herself again.
She didn’t trust her body.
She doubted her decisions.
She felt disconnected from her confidence.
With accountability and encouragement, the mindset shift came.
With that shift, confidence followed.
One-on-one support is a game changer for so many women.
Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of meeting with many of you - exploring what 1:1 coaching could look like and whether it’s the right fit, or the right time.
No matter the outcome of those calls, there’s a common thread:
You leave feeling heard.
You leave feeling understood.
You leave feeling supported.
That is a glimpse of what it looks like to have someone in your corner.
If you’re curious, if you’ve been sitting on the fence, or if something in this message resonates - simply reply and we can explore a discovery call together.
If now isn’t the time for one-on-one support, that’s okay too.
There is no falling behind here.
No failure to fix.
No urgency to “get it all right.”
Because small, steady habits, done consistently, still create real change.
If you want a gentle place to begin, start here:
A Simple Place to Start This Week
Choose one. Let it be enough.
• Eat protein at breakfast, even if it’s simple
• Take a 10-minute walk after a meal
• Drink a full glass of water before your first cup of coffee
• Put your phone away 30 minutes before bed
• Notice one moment where you choose curiosity instead of criticism
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing extreme.
Just steady steps that help rebuild trust with your body.
And that trust, far more than perfection, is what helps women feel better faster.

That’s the memo. Short. Doable. Sent with love.
Until next time ~
